Taylor Swift Picks Up A Pricey New Pad!

Well, shiz! She is certainly moving right along, isn't she?

Taylor Swift only bought a $1,990,000, 4,062 square foot penthouse in downtown Nashville, TN in 2009, before swapping it in for a $1,400,000 historic mini-mansion in the same town in September of the following year.

Only seven months later, she moved along to a $3,550,000 compound in a Beverly Hills, CA canyon - and now, after making some serious renovations to the Nashville mansion, she and her family have reportedly picked up another historic estate in Tennessee - and all for the very reasonable price of $2,500,000!

Check out some photos of the 5,601 square foot, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom property (above and below), which also features a two-story, 2 bed/bathroom detached pool house, which measures 2,087 square feet!

Hot damn!

That Swifty is accumulating quite the collection of homes, isn't she?

Hope you enjoy your latest acquisition, gurl!

Rumors are constantly swirling when you’re in the spotlight like she happens to be, but Taylor Swift cleared up the most recent fabricated story earlier today (August 23) on “On Air With Ryan Seacrest.”

Buzz about the “You Belong With Me” singer and her ex-beau Taylor Lautner rekindling their romance at the Teen Choice Awards hit the gossip mill shortly after the event, and here’s what Swift had to say about it.

“Didn’t hear that one! We’re incredibly close friends but that’s not something that’s newsworthy so people write other stuff. We’re just really good friends!” she said after Ryan asked if the rumor was true.

One thing that Taylor did hint at is that she and Bruno Mars may be collaborating for an upcoming music project - with audio from the chat available below.

True Blood Will Be Getting A Visit From Taylor Swift!

…at least in spirit, anyways.

The supernatural thriller will feature Taylor Swift's string heavy song, Haunted, on its next episode.

At first, Taylor's camp refused permission, but surprisingly enough, TayTay came out of the woodwork to demand it.

And so it shall be!

True Blood's music supervisor, Gary Calamar, told reporters it's for a "racy, sexy scene."

Though he wouldn't tell reporters which scene specifically, he did ask which characters would most likely listen to Swift.

Obviously, and especially after last week's episode, the guess is Jason and Jessica.

When asked if Calamar could indulge fans with anymore information, he said the season's final episode will be titled And When I Die:

Vampires don't really die, so I'll say it's not a vampire. They won't face the true death. But some of our main characters do run into a little bad luck in the final episode.

OOooOOooOOooh! We wonder who it is! Hoyt? Sam? Tara?

Who do U think it could be, truebies? And furthermore, what do U think of the TB/TS fusion?
