Frolicking about the shoreline, Halle Berry treated little Nahla to a day at the beach in Malibu, CA on Saturday (August 27).

The Oscar winning actress looked summertime stylish is a colorful and comfy frock as she and her darling daughter played in the ocean and flew a Dora The Explorer kite with a few friends.

The outing comes just one day after Miss Berry was back in court with ex-beau Gabriel Aubry as the former lovers continued their custody battle over Nahla.

The couple has been arguing about how much time Gabriel gets to spend with his daughter while Halle shoots a movie, with the judge siding with Berry’s interpretation of the “movie clause,” giving Aubry less time with his girl than he'd hoped for.

Halle Berry & Gabriel Aubry Continue Custody Battle

As they continue to battle over custody issues, Halle Berry had a successful day in court on Friday (August 26).

The “Catwoman” actress and her ex-beau, Gabriel Aubry, and their lawyers stood before the family law judge in Los Angeles to discuss custody of their shared daughter, Nahla.

Apparently, the couple has been arguing about how much time Gabriel gets to spend with his daughter while Halle shoots a movie.

According to TMZ, the judge went with Halle’s interpretation of the “movie clause,” giving Aubry less time with Nahla.
