CLAIM: Demi Lovato is Engaged

HollywoodLife says it has “shocking new proof” that Demi Lovato is engaged.

Oh, do tell!

The webloid writes that while Lovato performed the National Anthem at the World Series on Sunday, “it was the diamond ring on her finger that had our attention!”

To bolster its claim that the “X Factor” judge’s bling was more than an ordinary sparkly bauble, it notes that “fans are abuzz on Twitter” that Lovato “may be engaged.”

“Some fans are tweeting that she may be secretly engaged to Wilmer Valderrama,” HollywoodLife notes.

So, because fans on Twitter think it is true, the alleged entertainment site believes it must be true?

Anyway, Gossip Cop checked in with a rock-solid source close to the singer-actress, who assures us, “Demi is NOT engaged.”

Demi Lovato Celebrates Her 19th Birthday!

Happy and healthy, Demi Lovato celebrated her 19th birthday Friday night, a day before spending her REAL birthday at Kim Kardashian's wedding.

Demi teamed up with Sober Is Sexy clothing designer Hanna Beth for a joint b-day Red Bull-themed bash at Beacher's Madhouse in Hollywood.

She looked gorgeous wearing a silver spiked Marco Marco shoulder dress and partied with guests Derek Hough, Tiffany Thornton and Hunter Parrish.

There was no alcohol at Demi's party, but there was an open Red Bull bar. She danced and mingled with pals all night - and even cut into her huge birthday cake, which was shaped like a skyscraper.

Cuuuuute!

Sounds like a FAB party, D! It's a new age, a new year, and a whole new you! Happy Birthday!

Demi Lovato Hits the Salon, Dishes Birthday Plans

Treating herself to a pampering session, Demi Lovato was spotted at the Nine Zero One Salon in West Hollywood yesterday afternoon (August 17).

The “Skyscraper” songstress waved to the nearby paparazzi while she patiently waited for her car, sporting silver nails and a studded gold bracelet.

And it sounds like Demi has some big plans for the weekend- she’ll be celebrating her 19th birthday on Saturday and attending Kim Kardashian’s wedding.

Miss Lovato gushed, "I'm so excited, [Kim's wedding] falls on my birthday. So, it's going to be my birthday and I get to spend it at Kim's wedding."
