Madonna Jets Into JFK, Announces New Album

Finishing off her time at the Venice Film Festival, Madonna jetted from the Italian city to London's Heathrow Airport for a connecting flight to JFK Airport in New York City on Sunday (September 4).

The Material Girl was accompanied by her children Rocco, David, Mercy James and Lourdes Leon - with the group smiling it up upon touching down in the Big Apple despite the long hours in the air.

During her time in Venice, Madonna premiered her new movie "W.E." - of which she co-wrote the screenplay with Alek Keshishian while also tending to directing duties.

She also announced that she plans to release her first new album since 2008's "Hard Candy" in the spring of 2012.

Already having put in a little work on the disc, the 53-year-old expects to drop her first single in February or March.

Chezza Set To Work With David Guetta On New Album!

Despite her swift firing exit from X Factor, we think our gurl is going to have no trouble at all breaking into US mainstream if this comes to fruition!

Cheryl Cole is finally getting her career back on track with her first foray into the film world, as well as a new solo album, and with the help of will.i.am, she's apparently getting ready to work with David Guetta on a few new tracks!

A source explains:

"Cheryl will be a top solo star in the US, if Will has anything to do with it. The man is so well connected, and he sleeps, breathes and eats music. He has a studio at home in which he is trying out new sounds for Cheryl. He wants the best and is very picky. David is an old friend and has produced some of the best dance anthems of the past few years, so it’s a good place to start."

Excellent! It certainly sounds as though he's not taking any chances with this new album, and we think it's going to pay off - BIG-TIME!

Katie Price Shops with Princess, Plans New Album

Starting her day with a little retail therapy, Katie Price and daughter Princess hit the shops in Spain earlier today (August 18).

The adorable mother-daughter duo took to the morning spending spree in a pair of too-cute summer dresses - with the 33-year-old star in a multi-colored maxi while little Princess sported a flowing light blue frock.

Meanwhile, in career news, Katie has opened up about her interest in making a new record, tweeting, "I want to do another album for next year, what would my fans prefer cover songs (of what) new songs or mixture?"

After her hopes were met with a few harsh remarks, Price quickly replied, "I love singing and at least I can say to my grandchildren I tried and did everything I wanted in life."
