Christina Aguilera may be a mom, but after partying it up with boyfriend Matthew Rutler in London, she sure wasn’t acting like one!

Christina and Matthew were spotted leaving a club in London at around 4am…a time when MOST moms are home trying to squeeze in a couple more hours of sleep before their little ones wake up. But I guess if you are a celeb mom and have nannies traveling with you to get up with your kids at the crack of dawn, partying won’t quite take its toll as badly.

For her night out with Matthew, Christina rocked this super short black dress, and a pair of leopard print heels. She seemed to lose her footing as she exited the club, and she’s lucky she didn’t twist or break her ankle!

Christina Aguilera Threatens Legal Action After Child Abuse Report - TaleTela

Christina Aguilera is considering taking legal action against a celebrity gossip site that suggested that her son Max was a victim of child abuse.

Pictures that emerged yesterday of the three-year-old showed him with heavy black eyes, while Aguilera tried to shield him from the prying paparazzi at the airport.

The site mediatakeout.com published the pictures on its site with the headline: "CHILD ABUSE???? CHRISTINA AGUILERA'S SON IS PHOTO'D WITH A BLACK EYE!!!"

After the 36-year-old singer got wind of the report, she set her legal team on the case and now her lawyer Eric Greenspan branded the report as "reckless and unconsciousable".

In a letter to the site, the lawyer said: "Christina is a wonderful mother and was not present in the park when Max fell and hurt himself.

"To imply that she had something to do with this incident, without any investigation on your part whatsoever, is reckless and unconscionable."

The letter continued: "...We reserve all our client's legal and equitable remedies for this reputable disparagement of our client's character."

Before he signed the letter: "HAVE YOU NO SHAME!!!!"

Christina is currently on vacation with her son Max in Hawaii and her boyfriend of eight months Matt Rutler.

Christina Aguilera Tends to Bruised-Up Max at LAX Airport

Gently carrying her seemingly injured young son, Christina Aguilera toted little Max Bratman while joined by boyfriend Matthew Rutler in catching a flight out of LAX Airport in Los Angeles on Tuesday (August 23).

The "Genie In a Bottle" singer immediately covered her boy up with a blanket upon exiting their vehicle, though pictures taken at the security checkpoint show Max having a bit of a shiner underneath his right eye.

The out of town travels come as Miss Aguilera's slated performance at an October tribute concert to Michael Jackson is up in the air due to protests over the "Michael Forever" event.

According to Rolling Stone, a group with pull has “criticizied the timing of the show, which coincides with the trial of Dr. Conrad Murray for involuntary manslaughter in the death of Jackson, and expressed confusion over the event’s charitable donations and high ticket prices."

Christina Aguilera & Matt Rutler's Late Night LAX Landing

Trying her best to avoid the lurking paparazzi, Christina Aguilera arrived on a late night flight at LAX Airport in Los Angeles, CA on Saturday (August 20).

The "Voice" vixen was alongside boyfriend Matt Rutler as they hat wearing duo trekked through the terminal en route to an awaiting chauffeured vehicle.

The sighting comes shortly after it was announced that Miss Aguilera is lending her all-star voice to the "Michael Forever: The Tribute Concert" in honor of the late, great Michael Jackson.

With fellow artists such as Smokey Robinson and Leona Lewis also partaking, the event will take place at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, Wales on October 8th.
