Gerard Butler & Regis Philbin's Beverly Hills Meet-Up

Posted Wednesday August 24, 2011 4:30 PM GMT

Heading to what appears to be a rather important meeting, Gerard Butler and Regis Philbin were spotted at a Beverly Hills, California office building this afternoon (August 24).

The "300" hunk and the talk show host, both clad in button down shirts and khaki pants, were all smiles as they headed for their sunny midday meet-up.

In related news, Gerard is gearing up for the Toronto Film Festival debut of his latest project, the much-talked about action/biography "Machine Gun Preacher."

With its TIFF release scheduled for September 11th ahead of its September 23rd theatrical unveiling, Butler plays out the story of Sam Childers, a former drug dealer who turns his life around and ends up working to save hundreds on kidnapped orphaned children.

Enjoy the pictures of Gerard Butler and Regis Philbin on their way to an afternoon meeting in Beverly Hills, California (August 24).

Bravo Waiting To Decide The Fate Of The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills

real-housewives-beverly-hills.jpg

We don't envy the decision they have to make. Truly, this is a horrible situation for everyone to be in.

Bravo executives will decide in the next day or so the fate of the coming season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The second season of the show was slated to premiere on September 5th, but the apparent suicide of Taylor Armstrong's estranged husband, Russell Armstrong, has put the network in a tough position. Obviously, the couple were in the midst of a tumultuous breakup during the filming of this past season and it would be insensitive to air the footage following his death.

Shooting has yet to wrap, so there is a possibility that execs will scrap the already canned episodes and start over from scratch, but that is a lot of money to throw away. We're not sure how extensively Russell played into the earlier episodes, but it might be possible to edit him out all together. A Bravo spokesperson did reveal, however, that there are no planned shoots for this week.

Whatever they decide to do, we just hope it is in the best interest of Taylor, Kennedy and their family. You can always make more money, but these people are grieving. That should be respected.
