It was a match made in Hollywood heaven, but as it turns out Pia Toscano and Mark Ballas just weren’t meant to be.
The “American Idol” hottie and the “Dancing with the Stars” stud have opted to end their relationship and go their separate ways.
And according to an inside source, the breakup was amicable after they both came to the same conclusion.
"They both decided with everything going on that they couldn't give each other what would be fair. They mutually decided this."

The 18-year-old told Elle in an interview, “I quit acting, actually. I quit Gossip Girl and now tour and am in a band and that’s pretty much all I want to do. Hopefully I’ll be able to only do that for the rest of my life.”
Now I know for many of you this comes as a shock, what with all the acting Taylor‘s been doing lately–and all the rumors flying that Gossip Girl cancelled their contract with her–but be strong. You will still get to see plenty of T.Mom and her garter belts as the front woman for band Pretty Reckless, who continues to tour worldwide.
