Brooke Mueller Files Lawsuit Against Treatment Center - The Hollywood Gossip

Brooke Mueller is getting along much better with Charlie Sheen these days.

But the troubled celebrity is still fighting mad, aiming her anger at a treatment facility where she spent time in March of 2010.

Mueller has filed a lawsuit against The Canyon rehab facility in Malibu because she believes staff members there leaked confidential medical information to the press.

It is true that Brooke's patient admissions forms were submitted to websites such as TMZ last spring, though that celebrity gossip outlet did not publish the documents.

Mueller is suing for undisclosed damages because she believes her privacy was violated.

James Marsden's Wife Lisa Linde Files for Divorce

Unable to make their love last forever, James Marsden is parting ways with his wife, Lisa Linde.

The "Straw Dogs" actor and the daughter of country songwriting legend Dennis Linde have filed for divorce after having been married since 200.

The split comes as the now ex-couple are parents to two children, a son and a daughter.

Not giving much detail, it was Linde who filed for divorce on September 23rd, citing irreconcilable differences.

The Truth IS STILL Out There! Gillian Anderson Talks X Files 3!

Gillian must REALLY need another job want to see this movie get made!

Back in January, we heard that Gillian "Scully" Anderson, David "Mulder" Duchovny, and series creator Chris Carter were all "game" to make another X Files flick.

Now, nearly eight months later, Gillian has opened up once again about the possibility of X Files 3. Here's what she had to say about it:

"I hope it will happen, there’s talk of it. I don’t know who’s writing it but I hear there’s something going on."

And here's Gillian on whether or not an X Files spoof film could be on its way:

"I’ve always wanted to do a spoof of the X Files as a film. We talked about that for a long time but maybe after three features we could get to do a spoof feature."

We're always skeptical about overdoing it with sequel and prequels and reboots (oh my!), but we KNOW that X Files fans would absolutely love to revisit that world one more time…so we say Fox should go for it!

Plus, that second X Files flick wasn't so hot. Do they REALLY want to end the franchise on that note???

Shear Genius Star Jonathan Antin Files for Divorce - Babble (blog)

Shear Genius star Jonathan Antin has filed for divorce from his wife, Sescie, according to TMZ.com, who exclusively obtained the divorce papers.  Fans of Jonathan’s Bravo show Blow Out remember just how crazy he was about Sescie.  He even proposed to Sescie on the series, and the couple married in 2006.  Now, it seems Sescie needs a new look, and is cutting Jonathan out of her life.    

The couple have two children together, ages 5 and 4.  Sescie is seeking joint legal custody, although she’s asking the that children live with her, while Jonathan gets visitation.   According to TMZ.com, the couple  have a pre-nup, which states Jonathan will pay for the mortgage and house expenses.  Sescie should have negotiated for some of Jonathan’s haircuts, which run as much as $600.00 a cut, and lots of Jonathan Hair Product.
