Getting back into the swing of things, Jessica Alba stepped out for the first time on Friday (August 26) after giving birth to her second child Haven Garner.

The "Spy Kids 4" actress headed to the doctor's office with her eldest daughter Honor Marie, as her growing girl was feeling a bit under the weather.

Tweeting about her crazy household, Miss Alba overwhelmingly wrote, "Flood -sick toddler -newborn -too many ppl n animals living in 3 bedroom =another day in the Warren household #funfun"

After giving birth less than 2 weeks ago, Jessica was already looking fantastic while clad in a denim shirt over a white maxi dress - dropping the pounds in a way that surely makes fellow new moms around the world completely envious.

Jessica Szohr Makes Twitter Debut

Making the decision to join in on all of the Twitter fun, Jessica Szohr posted her very first photo yesterday (August 17).

The “Gossip Girl” star’s account has not been verified just yet, but the caption with the Twit pic reads: “See! It’s really me!”

Fellow young Hollywood babe, Brittany Snow, welcomed Ms Szohr with a message, “Welcome to Twitter an ol’ friend and one of the coolest chicks I know.”

Meanwhile, “Better With You” actress, Joanna Garcia, wrote, “Whoop whoop! Welcome Jess!”

Red Hot Chili Peppers Debut “Maggie” Music Video

They’ve always had a penchant for going above and beyond in the creative department, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers just released their new video for “The Adventures of Rain Dance Maggie.”

It’s the first single from their forthcoming album I’m With You, and lead singer Anthony Kiedis told press the video was fun for all of them to make.

"We wanted to go be outside and be free and play and see what happened.” Flea added, "We knew that if we just got with our nature of where we live that it would be beautiful. We shot it on 16mm film, which really gave it a nice look, and we love each other, we love playing our music and we love our song."

Kiedis continued, "It's a nice place to be. There are palm trees, there are waves, there are people. I think [drummer] Chad Smith brought the grit."
