It's all good, Chaz.
You may have some ignorant critics out there, but your supporters far outnumber them.
And one of those supporters is Gloria Allred!
The super famous lawyer has announced her plans to protest those urging children not to watch Dancing With The Stars, simply because a transgendered male is a participant.
In a heartfelt news conference, Gloria let it be known:
Chaz Bono is more than the sum of his external body parts. He is a human being, entitled to respect and dignity, and he is also entitled to the same business and entertainment opportunities as anyone else. I believe children should watch Chaz dance, as well as their parents, as a teaching moment and an opportunity to engage their children in a dialogue addressing what it means to transition, and how those who have are often unfairly stigmatized for doing so. It is time to educate our children about this minority. Isolation and forcing [transgenders] into the closet only makes them more vulnerable to harm. Allowing them to be seen and heard lessens the fear. Lets end the fear and hatred, and dance together as partners for equal rights for all.

Gloria is co-chairing a dance and viewing party (like those being held across the country) on September 19 to peacefully protest those against Chaz and also, to praise his hard work and dedication.
He's already lost 8 pounds just by practicing!
The location of the Los Angeles party is yet to be determined, so stay tuned!
