Lady Gaga: I'm Opening Up the 2011 MTV VMAs!

She is always working on something, and yesterday (August 18) Lady Gaga was spotted at MTV Studios in New York City.

The “Just Dance” songstress looked fabulous in a white dress/white hat combo as she hammed it up for the cameras while filming “MTV First: Lady Gaga” and premiered her new video “You and I.”

Earlier in the afternoon, Gaga made her big arrival in a black and white French maid-inspired getup.

Lady Gaga told press she’s looking forward to her opening performance on the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards. “I’m just so excited, I can’t wait and I’ve been planning it for a week. I’m so excited and I can’t wait for you guys to see it.”
