Sofia Coppola And Phoenix Frontman Wed In Italy!

How wonderful!

Director Sofia Coppola and Phoenix frontman Thomas Mars have just gotten married in a civil ceremony at her family's villa in Bernalda, Italy!

Her father, Francis Ford Coppola, walked her down the aisle at the ceremony, with 80 guests, including George Lucas, in attendance!

According to Mayor Leonardo Chiruzzi, who officiated the event:

"Everything went well. It was simple, calm, in the garden."
